PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-31 RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5072, APPLICATION OF GEORGE MARMENT WHEREAS, George Marment has applied to subdivide an approximately 34,055 sq. ft. site for a 12 unit residential condominium complex, located on the west side of Peters Avenue approximately 175 ft. south of West Angela Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - High Density Residential; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 25, 1987, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the PUD rezoning and development plan approval for the subject property. The tentative map is in conformance with the conditions of that development plan and subdivision of the property was included within the scope of the Negative Declaration. Therefore no environmental document accompanied this case: and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tract 5072 to be in conformance with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Tract 5072, application of George Marment to subdivide an approximately 34,055 sq. ft. site for a 12 unit residential condominium complex located on the west side of Peters Avenue approximately 175 feet south of West Angela Street subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development shall substantially conform to the plans on file with the Planning Department. 2. That approval of Tentative Tract Map 5705 is subject to all conditions contained in the report from the City Engineer dated March 25, 1987, attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. 3. That the applicant shall provide all tenants that occupy any unit prior to recordation of the final - 1 -
