PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. PC-87-31 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5072, APPLICATION OF GEORGE <br />MARMENT <br />WHEREAS, George Marment has applied to subdivide an approximately <br />34,055 sq. ft. site for a 12 unit residential <br />condominium complex, located on the west side of Peters <br />Avenue approximately 175 ft. south of West Angela <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - High Density Residential; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 25, 1987, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the PUD rezoning <br />and development plan approval for the subject property. <br />The tentative map is in conformance with the conditions <br />of that development plan and subdivision of the property <br />was included within the scope of the Negative <br />Declaration. Therefore no environmental document <br />accompanied this case: and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found Tract 5072 to be in <br />conformance with the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section <br />1. Approves Tract 5072, application of George Marment to <br />subdivide an approximately 34,055 sq. ft. site for a 12 <br />unit residential condominium complex located on the west <br />side of Peters Avenue approximately 175 feet south of <br />West Angela Street subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development shall substantially conform to <br />the plans on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of Tentative Tract Map 5705 is <br />subject to all conditions contained in the report <br />from the City Engineer dated March 25, 1987, <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />3. That the applicant shall provide all tenants that <br />occupy any unit prior to recordation of the final <br />- 1 - <br />
