That the temporary fence across the project <br />driveway be removed upon occupation of the first <br />unit to permit unimpeded ingress and egress through <br />the site from both project entrances. <br />8. That any proposed signage to be used in relation to <br />the model complex be submitted to and receive the <br />approval of the Planning Department prior to its <br />installation. <br />9. That the applicant be aware that no off-site <br />subdivision sales signs shall be permitted either <br />within or outside the Pleasanton City limits in the <br />area south of Interstate 580 unless approved by the <br />City. <br />10. That the applicant put plants around the trailer <br />temporarily until the permanent model home complex <br />is opened. <br />Section 2.
