That the applicant be required to locate a model unit on <br />each of the corner lots within the development that has <br />the single story (appearance) building elevation facing <br />onto the public street. <br />9. That sectional roll-up garage doors equipped with <br />automatic openers be utilized throughout the project. <br />10. That all front yards in the development shall be <br />irrigated and landscaped by the developer. <br />Section 2.
