Resolution No. PC-87-41 <br />4,/8/S7 <br />extension. The final design and location of said <br />sidewalk shall be to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer. <br />That the applicant be responsible for its pro rata <br />share of the necessary interim street improvements <br />at the intersection of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico <br />Drive as determined by the City Engineer. <br />6. That the developer shall submit a final color <br />scheme for the project (signage, buildings, <br />outbuildings, etc.) for review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of any building <br />permits. <br />That this project shall be subject to all the <br />applicable conditions imposed on Case PUD-81-30. <br />8. That all uses and site standards for the project <br />shall be those of the RM-1500 zoning district. <br />9. That a sanitary sewer sampling manhole be provided <br />on the sanitary sewer lateral from each <br />non-residential building, unless otherwise waived <br />by the City Engineer. <br />10. That the developer be responsible for the <br />installation of any additional street lighting <br />required to serve the development. The street <br />lights shall be 70 watt, high pressure sodium vapor <br />units mounted on galvanized steel poles with poured <br />in place bases, on the LS-1C schedule per City <br />requirements and PG&E standard details unless <br />otherwise specifically approved. Approval for the <br />number, location, and type of electroliers shall be <br />withheld pending final design and review by the <br />City Engineer. <br />11. That the main entrance drive to this development <br />from Stoneridge Drive shall be redesigned, to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer, to provide for <br />safe and adequate ingress and egress. The entrance <br />and exit lanes shall be at least fifteen feet wide. <br />The entrance drive shall be designed using street <br />type curb returns with a radius of 15' or 20'. <br />12. That the developer shall coordinate with the City <br />and with Bissell and Karn, Inc. on the design of <br />the Stoneridge Drive Extension to include a median <br />opening at the proposed location of the main <br />entrance drive, or shall be responsible for all <br />reconstruction required to provide this median <br />opening in the future. <br />13. That the stacking lane length for the north portion <br />of the median island left turn lane shall be <br />- 2 - <br />
