Therefore, no environmental document accompanies this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section i. Approves Case UP-87-7, application of KMA Martial Arts Academy for a conditional use permit to allow for the operation of a studio for the instruction of martial arts to be located at 3003-B Hopyard Road subject to the following conditions: 1. That the proposed use be substantially as shown on the site plan on file with the Planning Department. 2. That there shall be a least one instructor on the premises during business hours. 3.
