EXHIBIT A <br />BERNAL AVENUE/FIRST STREET <br />PAGE 2 <br /> <br /> E. DOMESTIC WATER <br /> <br /> (1) One set of stakes for line and grade at fifty foot <br /> intervals. Additional stakes will be set at curve <br /> points and angle points. The grade indicated on the <br /> stake will be finished surface. It will be the <br /> responsibility of the Contractor to relate the <br /> finished surface grade to the required depth of the <br /> water line. <br /> <br /> (2) One set of stakes for the construction of the fire <br /> hydrants. <br /> <br /> (3) One set of stakes for the construction of the water <br /> services. One stake for each water service will be <br /> set at property line in line with lateral with an <br /> offset indicated to the terminus of water service and <br /> a grade to finished surface. <br /> <br /> (4) The Engineer/Surveyor will provide cut sheets as <br /> required. <br /> <br /> F. JOINT TRENCH/STREET LIGHTS <br /> <br /> (1) One set of stakes for installation of joint <br /> trench/street lights. <br /> <br /> G. CURB AND GUTTERS <br /> <br /> (1) One set of stakes for line and grade set at an offset <br /> from face of curb. Stakes will be set at fifty-foot <br /> intervals on tangents and large radius horizontal <br /> curves, twenty-five foot intervals on vertical curves <br /> and small radius horizontal curves. Stakes will also <br /> be set at the beginning and ending of horizontal and <br /> vertical curves, grade breaks, return points and <br /> radius points of returns. <br /> <br /> H. MONUMENTS <br /> <br /> (1) Set monuments per construction plan using City of <br /> Pleasanton data. <br /> <br /> (2) File record of survey with County. <br /> <br />TOTAL FEE (Items A through H) ......................... $ <br /> <br /> <br />
