CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-192 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH ALEXANDER & <br /> ASSOCIATES FOR SURVEYING SERVICES FOR BERNAL <br /> AVENUE/FIRST STREET IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 86-01 <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Alexander & Associates, Inc., <br /> regarding surveying services for the Bernal Avenue/First <br /> Street Improvements, Project No. 86-01, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 5, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers- Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~~j~A~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH ~ .' ~ERCER, MAYOR <br />a~~mes~R.
