That the applicant be responsible for obtaining <br />legally adequate deeds from all parties having an <br />interest in the area of streets to be dedicated. <br />7. That if deeds for all necessary land in the street <br />right-of-way cannot be obtained, the applicant <br />shall bear all costs involved in any condemnation <br />action necessary to secure said right-of-way. <br />Section 2.
