a. The proposed location of the conditional use is in <br />accordance with the objectives of the zoning ordinance and <br />the purposes of the district in which the site is located; <br />b. The proposed location of the conditional use and the <br />conditions under which it would be operated or maintained <br />will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or <br />welfare, or materially injurious to the properties or <br />improvements in the vicinity; and <br />c. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of <br />the applicable provisions of Chapter 18.124 (Conditional <br />Uses). <br />3. Administrative conditional use permits are valid for a period <br />of twelve (12) months from the date of approval and may be <br />renewed prior to expiration upon the submittal of a new <br />application and fee to the zoning administrator, who will review <br />the application for continuing compliance with the purposes of <br />this Chapter. <br />4.
