proposed widening of Dublin Canyon Road and future <br />drainage flows to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer. <br />3. That the 33 foot area adjacent to Dublin Canyon <br />Road shown as "Reserve" and the entire creek area <br />along Dublin Canyon Road shall remain a part of the <br />project site, under private ownership, until such <br />time as the City determines to widen Dublin Canyon <br />Road to four or more lanes. At such time, the <br />necessary right-of-way for the roadway and such <br />creek relocation work as may be necessary shall be <br />dedicated to the City; the amount of said <br />rights-of-way shall be determined by the City <br />Engineer. <br />4. That, except as modified by Condition 1 above, all <br />conditions of Case PUD-87-4 shall remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />Section 2.
