PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-10 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-87-4-1M, <br />APPLICATION OF FERRERI/MATTESON <br />WHEREAS, John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson have applied for a <br />major modification to an approved development plan for a <br />264-unit condominium complex to delete 20 units from the <br />project, change the mix of one and two-bedroom units, <br />alter floor plans and the configuration of the <br />recreation area, and related improvements located on the <br />north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road approximately 4,800 <br />feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old <br />Dublin Canyon Road. <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development)-Medium Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval of a <br />Negative Declaration for PUD-87-4-1M after considering <br />all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff at their duly noticed <br />public hearing of January 13, 1988; and <br />WHEREAS, the modified development plan is consistent with the <br />zoning designation and General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of the application of John <br />Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for a major modification to <br />an approved development plan for a 264 unit condominium <br />complex to delete 20 units from the project, change the <br />mix of one and two-bedroom units, alter floor plans and <br />the configuration of the recreation area, and related <br />improvements located on the north side of Old Dublin <br />Canyon Road approximately 4,800 feet west of the <br />intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the modifications to the Canyon Meadows <br />development (PUD-87-4) shall be substantially as <br />shown in the revised site plan and elevations, <br />Exhibit A (dated January 6, 1988) and summary of <br />changes table, Exhibit B (dated January 6, 1988), <br />on file with the Planning Department. <br />That the applicant shall demonstrate the adequacy <br />of right-of-way in Dublin Creek to accommodate the <br />- 1 - <br />
