That any penthouse structure shall be submitted to <br />the Planning Director for final approval. <br />14. This development is recommended for approval <br />subject to all of the "Standard Conditions of <br />Development," except for Conditions No. 7, 12, 13, <br />14, 29, 33, 35, 46, 49, 54. <br />Section 2.
