PC-88-20 <br />2'/2,4 /88 <br />Tassajara Road, as determined by the City Engineer. <br />Payment of this pro-rata share shall be made when <br />directed by the City Engineer. <br />6. That the common access drive on the west side of <br />the site shall be designed and installed as a <br />thirty foot (30') wide drive (face of curb to face <br />of curb) unless otherwise approved by the City <br />Engineer. This access drive shall be installed <br />with the site improvements for this development. <br />That the median island nose in Owens Drive west of <br />the west access drive shall be shortened by <br />approximately 12 feet by the applicant unless <br />otherwise approved by the City Engineer. <br />That the east access driveway exit movement shall <br />be signed for "Right turn only" or "No left turn." <br />That the on-site water, fire, sanitary sewer, and <br />storm drain system for this development shall be <br />private and shall be maintained by the property <br />owner(s). <br />10. That the proposed mitigation measures, as <br />identified in the previous traffic studies <br />completed for the AT&T and Reynolds and Brown <br />projects, for Aopyard Road, Owens Drive/EB I-580 <br />offramp be interim and done at the time it is <br />deemed necessary by the City Engineer; these <br />improvements shall be bonded for by the applicant <br />for both the installation and removal at the time <br />building permits are taken out for the project <br />unless the improvements have been previously bonded <br />for. Said bond shall be refunded at the time AT&T <br />(the first project to require these mitigation <br />measures) bonds for these improvements. If said <br />improvements are required to be constructed, then <br />the City shall spread, if feasible, the cost in <br />proportion to the pro rata square footage share of <br />all buildings whose approval was made possible by <br />these mitigation measures. <br />11. That prior to final project approval, the developer <br />shall provide the following items to the City for <br />base mapping purposes: <br />a. One mylar copy at a scale of 1" = 100' of the <br />site development plan for the project. <br />b. One mylar copy of the item described above <br />reduced to a scale of 1" = 250' showing only <br />the following items: <br />Street R/W lines, street name, revised median <br />islands <br />- 2 - <br />
