advised that he had not been contacted directly but had discussed the matter with <br />Chairperson Stark. <br />Chairperson Stark informed the Commission that this topic should be agendized for <br />discussion at an upcoming meeting, especially if it is something they wish to bring to the <br />attention of City Council. He advised that foreclosure and default issues vary from area <br />to area, and foreclosures in Pleasanton currently run less than 2%. The number of homes <br />that receive Notices of Default is not necessarily the same as the number of homes that go <br />into Foreclosure. <br />Mr. Erickson advised that a regional housing forum is planned for Saturday, May 10, <br />2008, at which the issue of defaults and foreclosures will be one of the topics. The forum <br />wilt provide information and resources for interested .members of the public. <br />10. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA AND SCHEDULE FOR MARCH 20, 200$, <br />MEETING <br />Mr. Erickson advised that the following items are tentatively scheduled for the <br />Commission's March meeting: <br />• Approval of a draft AfFordable Housing Agreement for the CLC /Staples Ranch <br />project <br />• Presentation from nonprofit agencies and recommendation to allocate federal <br />Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership <br />Program (HOME) funds for fiscal year 2008 (2008-09} <br />11.
