further finds that the Project and subsequent development will <br />further implement the General Plan goals and policies regarding <br />the establishment of a variety of housing types and e~esigns, by <br />providing for low-density residential development on Land <br />Unit A, while also providing for limited higher density <br />residential development on Land Unit B. <br />b. The City Council finds that, <br />considering the reduction in size of the proposed Project and <br />subsequent development to 329 dwelling units, other measures <br />incorporated into this Project, the DEIR findings, and the <br />other facts stated above, the housing and population impacts of <br />this Project do not constitute a significant adverse effect <br />upon the environment. <br />c. The City Council finds that, to the <br />eatent that any housing or population impacts could constitute <br />a significant impact, the above-referenced measures <br />incorporated into this Project and mitigation measures which <br />will be imposed in connection with future approvals necessary <br />for development of the Project site have mitigated or will <br />mitigate any housing and population impacts of the Project to a <br />level of insignificance. <br />C.
