Foothill Road sound wall as listed on page 5 of the Final EIR, <br />the other measures incorporated into this Project, and the <br />mitigation measures which will be imposed with futur4!'approvals <br />necessary for development of the Project site will <br />substantially reduce the noise impact of the Project and <br />subsequent development of the Project Site. <br />d. The City Council finds that the <br />additional mitigation measure for a sound wall, as listed on <br />page 6 of the Final EIR, which measure has not yet been <br />incorporated into the Project, shall become a "Condition of <br />Approval" to the Project. <br />e. The City Council finds that, to the <br />eztent that any noise impacts of the Project could be <br />significant, the above-referenced mitigation measures, other <br />measures incorporated into the Project, and mitigation measures <br />which will be imposed in connection with future approvals <br />necessary for development of the Project site, have mitigated <br />or will mitigate noise impacts of the Project to a level of <br />insignificance. <br />H. Public Services And Utilities-Water. <br />1. Facts. <br />The City has adequate water supplies to serve the <br />Project site following development in accordance with the <br />Project, as described on page 64 of the DEIR. The Project does <br />not include any mitigation measures, and the DEIR recommends on <br />page 64 that one mitigation measure be included.
