Resolution No. PC-88-30 <br />3/9/88 <br />Page 2 <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are exempt from the requirements <br />of CEQA. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-2, application of Roberta Quinn <br />for a conditional use permit to operate a private <br />recreational facility for the conduct of exercise <br />classes to be located at 7020-B Commerce Drive subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the proposed use shall be substantially as <br />shown on the site plan, floor plan, and letter from <br />the applicant describing the use, Exhibit A (dated <br />February il, 1988), on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That the size of individual classes shall be <br />restricted to a maximum of 20 students between the <br />hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through <br />Friday. <br />3. That the applicant shall apply for and receive all <br />applicable City permits for the business prior to <br />operation. <br />4. That the conditional use permit shall be subject to <br />administrative review after six months from the <br />date of approval. Should this review reveal a <br />parking problem associated with the use, the use <br />permit will be scheduled for additional review and <br />action by the Planning Commission at the earliest <br />available date. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF MARCH 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Mahern, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 9, 1988 <br />- 2 - <br />
