Resolution No. PC-88-31 <br />3/9/88 <br />Page 2 <br />WHEREAS, the project is categorically exempt from the <br />requirements of CEQA (Class 1,3); therefore, no <br />environmental document accompanies this proposal. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-4, application of Geri Giusti for <br />a conditional use permit to operate a restaurant and <br />catering activities to be located at 7063-H Commerce <br />Circle subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That this use permit shall be granted for a maximum <br />49-seat restaurant to occupy 1920 square feet of <br />the building located at 7063 Commerce Circle. <br />2. That the total number of seats, including outdoor <br />seats, shall not exceed 49. <br />3. That a minimum of 16 on-site parking spaces shall <br />be made available to serve the restaurant at all <br />times. <br />4. That no signing shall be installed at the <br />restaurant without City approval. <br />5. That the design and location of all outdoor <br />furniture shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Director for approval prior to occupancy. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF MARCH 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Mahern, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Berger <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: March 9, 1988 <br />ATTEST: <br />- 2 - <br />
