PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-41 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE i7P-88-14, APPLICATION OF <br />HACIENDA BUSINESS PARK OWN$RS ASSOCIATION FOR A PARK AND <br />RIDE LOT FACILITY <br />WHEREAS, Hacienda Business Park Owners Association have applied <br />for a conditional use permit to operate a park-and-ride <br />lot facility to be located on a portion of an <br />approximately 2.3 acre site located at the southeast <br />corner of the intersection of Chabot Drive and Owens <br />Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed publ~c hearing of May 11, 1988 the <br />Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recpmmendations of the City <br />staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings <br />concerning this application: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accordance with the objectives of the zoning <br />ordinance and the purposes of the district in which <br />the site is located. <br />The proposed use will utilize an existing parking <br />facility.
