That the final design of any furniture to be <br />utilized in the outdoor patio area be submitted for <br />final review and approval of the Planning Director <br />prior to issuance of any building permits. <br />6. That the left side building elevation be revised to <br />include additional windows and other architectural <br />enhancements that would provide architectural <br />variety to this elevation, the final design shall <br />be submitted for final review and approval of the <br />Planning Director prior to issuance of any building <br />permits. <br />7. That the on-site circulation plan be revised to <br />insure adherence to the City~s minimum turning <br />radii, which ensures adequate emergency vehicle <br />access. Final design shall be submitted for review <br />and approval of the City Engineer prior to issuance <br />of any building permits. <br />8. That the development shall be subject to all <br />Standard Conditions of Development, attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference, except <br />Conditions 12, 13, 23, 25 and 29. <br />Section 2.
