CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> OWENS EXTENSION/TEMPORARY OFF-RAMP CHECK LIST <br /> <br /> 1. All signage is to be removed from turf areas, post holes filled in <br /> and sod replaced. <br /> <br /> 2. All light standards with City signage secured to them is to be <br /> touched up and r~painted. <br /> <br /> 3. All areas that have inter-locking pavers are to be power-washed <br /> and broken pavers are to' be replaced to Reynolds & Brown's <br /> satisfaction, including any subgrade damage. <br /> <br /> 4. Any and all broken or damaged curbs are to be replaced, <br /> specifically at Hopyard and Owens. <br /> <br /> 5. All curbing is to be power-washed. <br /> <br /> 6. Light standard in front of 6670 Owens is to be replaced in <br /> accordance with park standards due to an earlier traffic accident. <br /> <br /> 7. Any and all lost trees and/or sod is to be replaced and returned <br /> to its original condition where the "Temp Off-Ramp" was cut-in <br /> onto Johnson. <br /> <br /> 8. Any damaged irrigation is to be resolved immediately and <br /> satisfactorily when "Temp Off-Ramp" is removed. <br /> <br /> 9. Asphalt on Johnson and Owens, from Hopyard to extension, is <br /> showing significant effects of heavy usage. These streets need to <br /> be resealed. Prior to resealing, streets to be power washed. <br /> <br />10. Restriping of street including some thermoplastic will be <br /> required. <br /> <br />11. The following relate to the Owens extensionz <br /> <br /> a. Extensive amount of debris is scattered throughout the <br /> acreage and this needs to be removed/cleaned to Reynolds & <br /> Brown's satisfaction. <br /> <br /> b. Several mounds of dirt are dispersed throughout the acreage <br /> and this needs to be brought to grade level consistent with <br /> the remaining site. <br /> <br /> <br />
