The
original intent of our Agreement was that Pleasanton Park be returned
to its original condition prior to the advent of the Hopyard Off-Ramp
traffic diversion project.

Enclosed is a list of items that need attention throughout the Park,
and that we feel is very equitable. We are optimistic that the City
will comply with our requests to reproduce the standards with which
Reynolds & Brown are known.

Also, as you are aware of, the City is paying a leasing fee of $6667.00
per month. Pursuant to our agreement, when an acceptable agreement is
reached and "punch list" items are substantially complete, the fee will
be terminated.

If I can be of further help, or questions should arise, please call.
Sincerely,

REYNOLDS & BROWN

Thomas K.
