Court and Dolores Drive as described in the attached <br /> Exhibit "B". <br /> <br />Section 3: Pursuant to Chapter 4 of the Streets and Highways <br /> Code and based upon the findings above establishing that <br /> the street right-of-way is not required for street <br /> purposes pursuant to Section 8334 of the Streets and <br /> Highways Code, a portion of the street right-of-way for <br /> Dolores Court, described in Exhibit "B", is hereby <br /> vacated. <br /> <br />Section 4: That public service easement described in Exhibit "B" <br /> and shown on the attached map shall be reserved for a <br /> public service easement. <br /> <br />Section 5: That from and after the date the resolution is <br /> recorded, the street vacated no longer constitutes a <br /> street. <br /> <br />Section 6: The Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this <br /> resolution of vacation to be recorded in the Office of <br /> the Alameda County Recorder. Upon such recordation, the <br /> vacation of said portion of Dolores Court shall be <br /> completed. <br /> <br />Section 7: The Grant Deed from Mr. and Mrs. Robert Flaherty to <br /> the City of Pleasanton for the reconfiguration of <br /> Dolores Court, Dolores Drive and Dolores Place is hereby <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 8: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 5, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None NET~H~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> KE OR <br /> <br /> '0''~A ./I~ <br /> i'': ' ._ <br /> Peter D.
