RESOLUTION NO. 87-169 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT AND ASSESSMENT <br /> AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1988-9, <br /> NORTH PLEASANTON IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3 <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> This Council has taken a series of actions preliminary to <br />orderin~ the improvement in Assessment District No. 1988-9, North <br />Pleasanton Improvement District No. 3, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, and now makes the followin~ findings and orders: <br /> <br /> 1. The Council adopted a map showin~ the boundaries of <br />the land benefited by the proposed improvement. A copy of the <br />boundary map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of the <br />County of Alameda in the Book of Maps of Assessment and Community <br />Facilities Districts. <br /> <br /> 2. The Council adopted its Resolution of Intention to <br />order the improvement described therein under the Municipal <br />Improvement Act of 1913, and directed MARE THOMAS ~ CO., INC., as <br />the Engineer of Work for the assessment district, to prepare the <br />report required by Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> The improvement is ~enerally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The District shall be assessed at a uniform rate for the <br /> cost of the freeway facility improvement described below. <br /> <br /> The construction, acquisition and installation of the <br /> followin~ State Highway improvements described herein, <br /> together with the acquisition of necessary lands and <br /> easements for right-of-way, appurtenant utilities and <br /> landscapinE as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. Hopyard Road Interchange Road/I-080 Interchange <br /> <br />a. Construction of a new three lane overorossinE east of the <br /> existin~ two lane overcrossinE. <br /> <br /> <br />
