Conduct 3 evening public meetings: the first to describe the project and <br />gather input, the second to present a Draft Master Plan and receive <br />comments, and the third to present a Final Draft Master Plan and receive <br />comments. <br />The City of Pleasanton will identify an appropriate location for public <br />meetings and will publicize meetings. Fehr & Peers will provide draft <br />meeting flyer in electronic format. Fehr & Peers will provide meeting <br />handouts. <br />After the initial consultant meetings with the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory <br />Committee and the Public, consultant will make any needed changes to the <br />scope of the Master Plan. <br />Fehr & Peers will present the Final Draft Pedestrian and Bicycle Master <br />Plan to the Parks and Recreation Commission and City Council (2 <br />separate meetings) for final review and approval. <br />Fehr & Peers to create a project website where the public can provide <br />comments and input. The website will have a password protected section <br />where City staff can review and comment on draft work products. Fehr & <br />Peers will include a bicycle and pedestrian user survey on the website. <br />Fehr & Peers will provide 3 bound copies of the Draft Master Plan and an <br />electronic PDF version of the Draft Master Plan. After the Draft Master <br />Plan is presented to the BPAC & Public, Fehr & Peers will coordinate <br />with City staff to make modifications as needed to the Master Plan. <br />Fehr & Peers will provide 3 bound copies of the Final Draft Master Plan <br />and an electronic PDF version of the Final Draft Master Plan. After the <br />Final Draft Master Plan has been presented to the Parks & Recreation <br />Commission and the City Council, the consultant will coordinate with City <br />staff to make modifications as needed to the Master Plan. After these <br />changes have been made, Fehr & Peers will provide 3 bound copies of the <br />Final Adopted Plan, and electronic versions of the plan in both PDF and <br />Word format. <br />
