Conduct 3 evening public meetings: the first to describe the project and gather input, the second to present a Draft Master Plan and receive comments, and the third to present a Final Draft Master Plan and receive comments. The City of Pleasanton will identify an appropriate location for public meetings and will publicize meetings. Fehr & Peers will provide draft meeting flyer in electronic format. Fehr & Peers will provide meeting handouts. After the initial consultant meetings with the Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee and the Public, consultant will make any needed changes to the scope of the Master Plan. Fehr & Peers will present the Final Draft Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan to the Parks and Recreation Commission and City Council (2 separate meetings) for final review and approval. Fehr & Peers to create a project website where the public can provide comments and input. The website will have a password protected section where City staff can review and comment on draft work products. Fehr & Peers will include a bicycle and pedestrian user survey on the website. Fehr & Peers will provide 3 bound copies of the Draft Master Plan and an electronic PDF version of the Draft Master Plan. After the Draft Master Plan is presented to the BPAC & Public, Fehr & Peers will coordinate with City staff to make modifications as needed to the Master Plan. Fehr & Peers will provide 3 bound copies of the Final Draft Master Plan and an electronic PDF version of the Final Draft Master Plan. After the Final Draft Master Plan has been presented to the Parks & Recreation Commission and the City Council, the consultant will coordinate with City staff to make modifications as needed to the Master Plan. After these changes have been made, Fehr & Peers will provide 3 bound copies of the Final Adopted Plan, and electronic versions of the plan in both PDF and Word format.
