CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-145 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO <br /> RELEASE RE HYDE PARK PUBLIC EASEMENT IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 7, 1987, the City Attorney <br /> presented his report (SR 87:137) regarding the problems <br /> with the public easement improvements in the Hyde Park <br /> development; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, American Savings, successor in interest to the Hyde Park <br /> developer, has agreed to a plan to satisfy the City <br /> requirements and the desires of the residents; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the proposed plan as set forth in Staff <br /> Report 87:137, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference, for the <br /> completion of public improvements on Tract 4821 with <br /> modification to remove the two remaining trees. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes staff to take all further actions <br /> necessary to implement that decision. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 7, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None /~~ <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
