4. The owner of the Pleasanton Station/Railroad Square property shall record an <br />easement in favor of Pleasanton Garbage Service (PGS) granting PGS the right <br />to enter the Pleasanton Station/Railroad Square parking lot with a refuse truck for <br />the purpose of emptying the trash dumpster on 122 W. Neal Street. The <br />easement shall further give PGS the right to roll the dumpster from 122 W. Neal <br />Street to and from the Pleasanton Station/Railroad Square parking lot in order to <br />empty the dumpster. The easement shall be subject to the review and approval <br />of the City Attorney and shall be submitted to the City Attorney within 30 days of <br />approval of PUD-81-28-5M. <br />5. The owner of the Pleasanton Station/Railroad Square property shall record a <br />sanitary sewer easement in favor of the Hap's property allowing Hap's to connect <br />its trash enclosure to the sewer line on the Pleasanton Station/Railroad Square <br />property. The City will pay $2,450 to the owners of Pleasanton Station/Railroad <br />Square for the cost of the extension of the sewer line to the Hap's property. Said <br />payment will be made upon completion of the Hap's trash enclosure and <br />connection to the sanitary sewer line. <br />2 <br />
