I am not quite sure why you were not present at the various m~ ~~;tings but just ;same as my neighbor and fellow downtown business I feel compelled ~ ~ bring you up date with the results as we see them. ~s you are aware we have provided an approximately six foot wide iron g ate in the wall etween our trash pick up area and your enclosed rear yard area as Pleasa .ton Garbage (Company has agreed to enter your rear yard area for the removal of your g nerated debris on a schedule that fits your needs. We will maintain this gate at our expen ;e and assure that it is accessible to Pleasanton Garbage Co. during their customary bus: less hours as well as any special pickups that they may arrange for with us. The gate is : o remain locked with Pleasanton Garbage Co. being the custodian of the key. The a.;.te is for their use only. There will also be a key placed in a secure knox box for fire dep:~rtment use should it ever become necessary. The gate will be posted as to its use fron both sides so as to help alleviate any question as to what its intended use is for. During these above mentioned meetings it has also come to the attention r f all parties (please see attached letters) that there are several deficiencies within your Near yard area :,that need to be rectified in the immediate to near future. The prescribed er .ergency egress ;i to the west side of your building, grading and storm water drainage, as we 1 as sanitary sewer and roof cover for your dumpsters to name a few. As stated in my letter of 9 August, (attached) I took the initiative in payin; my contractors to provide a sanitary sewer lateral to our common property lin in order to facilitate the needed repairs on your side. To date Mr. Madden has chosen not to agree to our conditions of use and reimbursement for the connection to this sewer!
