The owner of the Hap's Restaurant site
informed staff that he did not have an opportunity to comment, and staff determined that
a PUD Modification would have been the correct process for such a site improvement.
Staff is now bringing the application to the City Council following the unanimous
recommendation for approval by the Planning Commission.
PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
This application was reviewed at the Planning Commission meeting of February 13,
2008. After the Commission took testimony, a compromise was achieved which
resulted in modified conditions of approval reflecting the above points. The Commission
then recommended approval unanimously.
