SECTION 1. Denies the appeal, Case PAP-110, thereby upholding the Planning <br />Commission's approval of approving Case PADR-1698, the application of Scott and <br />Laurie Smith for an administrative design review approval for the construction of an <br />approximately 64-square-foot single-story addition on the left side and an approximately <br />273-square-foot second-story addition on the right side of the existing two-story <br />residence located at 3496 Whitehall Court, subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit B, <br />attached hereto and made a part of this case by reference. <br />SECTION 2.
