Task 7 -Utility Coordination July 12, 2007 Mr. George Farrell, page 5 Once the preferred conceptual design alternative has been selected by the City, KHA will prepare a utility conflict map and assist the City in notifying the various utilities with facilities in the area. KHA will submit additiona175% plans to the City for use in notifying the utilities that will need to relocate their facilities. We will assist the City in conducting a utility coordination meeting at this time. Task 8 -Construction Support KHA has budgeted 48 hours to: - Address questions during the pre-bid phase and, if necessary, prepare addenda to the construction documents. - Attend the pre-construction meeting. - Review contractor RFI's and shop drawings during construction. - Prepare record drawings based upon marked-up information provided by the contractor. ICHA can provide additional time and/or services during the construction phase of the project to the City over the 48 budgeted as additional services. The following table is an estimate of the hours require to provide the services of the various tasks.
