CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-142 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THREE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROGRAM (1987-88 THROUGH 1989-90) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Manager presented a staff report (SR 87:139) to <br /> the City Council outlining a Proposed Three Year Capital <br /> Improvement Program for fiscal years 1987-88 through <br /> 1989-90; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 17, 1987, the proposed Capital <br /> Improvement Program was reviewed and a public hearing <br /> was held to afford the public the opportunity to <br /> comment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, various changes were suggested which have been <br /> incorporated in the present staff report; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: The City Council approves and adopts the Three Year <br /> Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years 1987-88 <br /> through 1988-90 as amended in Staff Report 87:139. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 7, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None ~~~~/~.~ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KE~ET~RkIM~RCER, MAYOR~-- <br /> <br />/C~ames R. ~alker, ci£y Clerk <br /> By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> Peter D1MacDonald,'~ft~ ~t{6rney <br /> <br /> <br />
