19 <br />THE CITY OF <br />n~ <br />~L£~S~4NTONo <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />February 19, 2008 <br />City Manager <br />TITLE: CITY COUNCIL ANNUAL WORK PLAN UPDATE 2007/2008 <br />SUMMARY <br />One February 20, 2007, the City Council adopted its Annual Work Plan (Work Plan) for <br />calendar years 2007 and 2008. The Work Plan informs the community of the Council's <br />shared vision and provides the City Manager with the policy direction needed to allocate <br />City resources, including preparation of the annual budget. This report provides an <br />annual update of the Work Plan. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends that the City Council accept this update and provide feedback as <br />necessary. <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this report as projects included in the Work <br />Plan are either included in the City budget, including the Capital Improvement Program <br />(CIP), or will be added in future budgets. As a result, no budgetary appropriations or <br />allocations are recommended at this time. <br />
