B. REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES Actual expenditures made by Tanaka Design Group are reimbursable at cost plus 10% for coordination and processing, and are included in the professional services fees proposed above. Examples of reimbursable expenses are travel in connection with the project, vehicular mileage (at $0.30 per mile for travel beyond a 75 mile radius of San Francisco or Project Area), long distance telephone calls or facsimile transmissions, reproduction costs, postage, delivery, photography, model building, rental or purchase of special equipment and materials, and fees paid for securing approval of authorities having jurisdiction of the project. C. REIMBURSABLE SUBCONSULTANTS: Subconsultants to Tanaka Design Group are not anticipated nor included in the fees stated above. If required, professional service fees of authorized subconsultants of the project will be reimbursed at cost plus 10% for coordination and processing. D. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Additional Services requested by the Client that are beyond the scope of services listed above will be on an hourly basis at the rates as listed below, and will be billed as Additional Services not included in the
