I think this project looks great and will be a welcome addition to our <br />community. Living within close proximity to the now defunct Shell station and the <br />F3ernal and Tawny dcfunci tihopping center, this project is a step in the right direction. <br />We have a decent nurnlxr of blighted downtown properties and properties just on the <br />outskirts of downtown that need he;lp.1 ju.~t hope there are mare groups or individuals <br />that will take an interest in some of the other properties that need help. l his is a goad <br />project and my family and 1 nape to ,ce mare infill projects similar to chic one in the netr <br />future. <br />Dennis Serraa <br />Mavix Drive <br />Pleasanton 94566 <br />
