THE CITY OF <br />~__ <br />:~:~ ~~~ <br />L ~ ~S~4NTONo <br />MEMORANDUM <br />Date: October 9, 2007 <br />To: Planning Co ~ fission <br />From: Natalie ~' ~s~ to Planner <br />Subject: PUD-64 / 4238 First Street (Proposed Planned Unit Development) <br />Planning Commission Members; <br />As discussed in the Public Notice section of the staff report, the applicant met with the adjacent <br />property owner, Mr. Safreno, on Friday, October 5 to discuss the proposed development at <br />4238 First Street. Mr. Safreno provided staff with a letter on Monday, October 8 addressing <br />changes that he would like to see to the project. Staff has attached Mr. Safreno's letter to this <br />memo for the Commissions consideration. Although the items that Mr. Safreno discussed in <br />his letter were addressed in the staff report, one of them is not reflected in the draft conditions <br />of approval provided to the Commissioners. Furthermore, after discussing the letter with Mr. <br />Safreno he also requested that the sliding door on lot 3 have the same requirement as lot 2; <br />which is not reflected in his letter or the draft conditions of approval.
