IN THE AMOUNT OF $47,795, FOR PROFESSIONAL <br />LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN SERVICES, AT HOPYARD <br />ROAD AND I-580 FREEWAY INTERCHANGE <br />SUMMARY <br />Staff is recommending the firm of Tanaka Design Group of San Francisco for the <br />preparation of schematic design and construction documents for the landscaping and <br />irrigation systems in the vicinity of the on- and off-ramps of Hopyard Road with I-580 <br />Freeway. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />1. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Tanaka Design Group, Inc., to <br />provide design services for the subject project in the not-to-exceed amount of <br />$47,795. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the attached agreement. <br />13 <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br />These improvements will result in increased maintenance and repair costs for the Parks <br />Maintenance Division. The costs will be determined after the design is completed. <br />
