Ms. Harryman brought forward the original motion and second as follows: Commissioner Blank moved to make the required conditional use findings as listed in the staff report and to approve Case PCUP-196, subject to the conditions of approval listed in Exhibit B of the staff report, with the additional conditions that the applicant ensure that no child shall physically exit the premises without a supervising adult present and work with staff to flip the floor plan, include a lobby area and check-in point to ensure the children’s safety, provide sufficient exterior lighting, and install a raised walkway. Commissioner Olson seconded the motion. The Commission then took a vote. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: None NOES: Commissioners Blank, Fox Narum, Olson, and Pearce. ABSTAIN: None. RECUSED: None. ABSENT: None. The motion failed.
