The City will prepare <br />and submit necessary permits. <br /> <br />Subtask 2F= Coordination <br /> <br />C~2M HILL will coordinate with the City in scheduling and <br />conducting project coordination and review meetings with <br />City staff and additional meetings with affected property <br />owners. CH2M BILL will provide agenda items, presentation <br />material and reports, make presentations, participate in <br />discussions, and prepare meeting minutes and other follow-up <br />data. Eight meetings with City staff and three meetings <br />with property owners are anticipated under this Amendment. <br /> <br />TASK 3 FINAL DESIGN <br /> <br />Plans, specifications, and an engineer's estimate of con- <br />struction cost will be developed as part of this task for <br />the reservoir and transmission and overflow pipelines as <br />configured and sited in the Sycamore Reservoir and Transmis- <br />sion Pipeline Predesign Study and as described hereinafter: <br /> <br /> o An 8-MG prestressed flat bottomed buried concrete <br /> tank <br /> <br /> o An all-weather 10-foot paved width access roadway <br /> with an estimated length of 1,500 feet including a <br /> 14-foot-wide 20-foot single-span reinforced con- <br /> crete bridge crossing the seasonal creek near <br /> Alisal Street and Sycamore Road. The existing <br /> channel will be reshaped and slope protection <br /> provided for a distance of 50 feet upstream and <br /> downstream of the new structure. No provisions <br /> [or silt control will be provided at the bridge. <br /> We assume that all design flows for the creek will <br /> be ~rovided by Alameda County. <br /> <br /> o No pressurized water service will be provided at <br /> the reservoir site itself. <br /> <br /> o A 24-inch-diameter ductile iron pipeline with an <br /> estimated length of 5,400 feet <br /> <br /> o A 15-inch-diameter RCP overflow line with an es- <br /> timated length of 1,200 feet <br /> <br /> o Altitude valve and miscellaneous valving and ap- <br /> purtenances <br /> <br /> o Electrical service including provisions for light- <br /> ing of future tennis courts and parking lot <br /> <br /> o A telemetry system <br /> <br /> A-2 <br /> <br /> <br />
