Subtask 2F= Coordination C~2M HILL will coordinate with the City in scheduling and conducting project coordination and review meetings with City staff and additional meetings with affected property owners. CH2M BILL will provide agenda items, presentation material and reports, make presentations, participate in discussions, and prepare meeting minutes and other follow-up data. Eight meetings with City staff and three meetings with property owners are anticipated under this Amendment. TASK 3 FINAL DESIGN Plans, specifications, and an engineer's estimate of con- struction cost will be developed as part of this task for the reservoir and transmission and overflow pipelines as configured and sited in the Sycamore Reservoir and Transmis- sion Pipeline Predesign Study and as described hereinafter: o An 8-MG prestressed flat bottomed buried concrete tank o An all-weather 10-foot paved width access roadway with an estimated length of 1,500 feet including a 14-foot-wide 20-foot single-span reinforced con- crete bridge crossing the seasonal creek near Alisal Street and Sycamore Road. The existing channel will be reshaped and slope protection provided for a distance of 50 feet upstream and downstream of the new structure. No provisions [or silt control will be provided at the bridge. We assume that all design flows for the creek will be ~rovided by Alameda County. o No pressurized water service will be provided at the reservoir site itself. o A 24-inch-diameter ductile iron pipeline with an estimated length of 5,400 feet o A 15-inch-diameter RCP overflow line with an es- timated length of 1,200 feet o Altitude valve and miscellaneous valving and ap- purtenances o Electrical service including provisions for light- ing of future tennis courts and parking lot o A telemetry system A-2
