use the Easement Area for any purpose not inconsistent with <br />Grantee's use. Grantor shall have the right to relocate the <br />Easement Area over the Property at Grantor's sole expense. <br />If there is a relocation of the Easement Area, Grantor and <br />Grantee shall execute all appropriate documents to effect <br />such a relocation and reconvey the Easement Area to Grantor. <br /> <br /> 4. Duration. The Easement shall be perpetual and <br />shall not terminate or be extinguished by nonuse or <br />abandonment. <br /> <br /> 5. Structures. <br /> <br /> a. Grantee. Grantee shall not build or <br /> <br />place on the Easement Area any permanent above-ground <br />structures, but Grantee shall have the right to install (or <br />have installed) underground pipelines in the Easement Area. <br /> <br /> b. Grantor. Grantor shall have the right to <br />build or place any structures on the Easement Area; <br />provided, however, that if any structures built or placed on <br />the Easement Area by Grantor unreasonably interfere with <br />Grantee's use of the Easement, Grantor shall promptly remove <br />such structures upon Grantee's written request. <br /> <br /> 6. Compliance with Laws. All structures placed <br />or installed by either Grantor or Grantee on or under the <br />Easement Area shall be in compliance with all applicable <br />laws and permit .requirements. <br /> <br /> 7.
