It is my understanding that such a situation would require a special permit, and it is also my understanding that such a permit does not exist for her household on Chardonnay. (I have not seen a public hearing for such a permit in the past 5 years in searching through the archives). I will be the first to apologize for wasting any of your time or the City's time if I am incorrect in this assertion. I am copying Ms. Hosterrnan and Mr. Fialho, so this request is open and above board. If 1 am correct in this observation, what actions must Ms. Hosterman take to comply with city law? If she has been in violation of a zoning requirement for over a year, what penalties, if any, are appropriate? Please feel free to contact me ff you have any questions.
