CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1359 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BLACKBURN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AND MATILDA TEIBEIRA BOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL AND RESONINQ OF !1N APPROSIMATELY 15 ACR$ BITS LOCATED AT 2820 VINEYARD AVENOE (PIID-88-3) WHEREAS, Blackburn Development Company and Matilda Teixeira applied for rezoning and development plan approval for construction of a 42 parcel single-family residential development to be located on an approximately 15 acre site located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on April 5, 1988; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on April 5, 1988; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds rezoning is consistent the City of Pleasanton ordinance; that this development plan and with the General Plan policies of and the purposes of the PUD THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 15 acre site located at 2820 Vineyard Avenue to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of April 18, 1960, on file with the and dividing the City into zoning amended by Zoning Unit Map #362, Exhibit "A" dated April 5, 1988, by reference. Pleasanton dated City Clerk, designating ~ districts is hereby attached hereto as and incorporated herein Section 3: Approves the development plan for construction of a 42 parcel single-family residential development located on approximately 15 acres at 2820 Vineyard Avenue, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 4: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
