EXHIBIT C <br />PUBLIC COMMENT TO PAUP-1 <br />2598 Skimmer Court <br />^ Alana Shoars, 2596 Larrikeet Court, emailed her opposition to the <br />project. She expressed concerns related to noise, sanitation, property <br />values, and suitability of chickens in a residential neighborhood. Emails <br />attached. <br />• Phoebe Bell, 2647 Gapwell Court, phoned in to oppose the project. She <br />expressed concerns regarding smell, raccoons and noise. <br />^ Linda Powers, 3164 Joanne Circle, phoned in to question whether <br />roosters are allowed as part of the project. When told no roosters are <br />allowed, Ms. Powers said she had no other concerns related to the <br />project. <br />^ Roger Tuma, 5144 Blackbird Drive, phoned to express support for the <br />project. He thinks the project is great and wonders why noisy and <br />aggressive dogs do not require any type of permit. <br />^ Robert Cole, 2518 Larrikeet Court, emailed his opposition to the project. <br />He raised concerns of having farm animals on residential properties, <br />noise, odors, and attracting vermin. Email attached. <br />
