ATTACHMENT 3 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />This First Amendment to Contract is entered into March 6, 2006 by the City of <br />Pleasanton ("City") and Mundie and Associates ("Consultant"). <br />Recitals. <br />Whereas, on September 21, 2004, the City and Mundie and Associates entered <br />into Contract for Consultant Services concerning a Supplement to Happy Valley Specific <br />Plan Environmental Impact Report for Spotorno Development Plan (Contract), and <br />Whereas, the parties now wish to expand the scope of the services under the <br />Contract to include a Cumulative Analysis as more fully described in the attached Exhibit <br />B. <br />Whereas, the parties desire to amend to the Contract; <br />Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Consultant shall perform all the work identified in Exhibit B. The project <br />manager of the work in Exhibit B shall be Roberta Mundie. Under this <br />amendment, Consultant shall pay Mundie and Associates $21,783. <br />2.
