ATTACHMENT 1 <br />SECOND AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br />This Second Amendment to Contract is entered into <br />Pleasanton ("City") and Mundie & Associates ("Consultant") <br />Recitals. <br />by the City of <br />Whereas, on September 21, 2004, the City and Consultant entered into Contract for <br />Consultant Services concerning a Supplement to Happy Valley Specific Plan Environmental <br />Impact Report for Spotorno Development Plan ("Contract"); and <br />Whereas, the Contract was first amended on March 6, 2006, City & Consultant <br />entered into First Amendment to Contract for Consultant Services to include a Cumulative <br />Analysis concerning a Supplement to Happy Valley Specific Plan Environmental Impact <br />Report for Spotorno Development Plan; and <br />Whereas, the parties now wish to expand the further scope of services under Contract <br />as more fully described in the attached letter from Consultant dated October 2, 2007; and <br />Whereas, the parties desire to amend the Contract. <br />Now, therefore, the parties agree as follows: <br />Consultant shall perform all the work identified in Exhibit B. The project manager <br />of the work in Exhibit B shall be Roberta Mundie. Under this amendment, City shall <br />pay Consultant an amount not to exceed $90,000. <br />2.
