We will follow up this initial meeting by inter- <br />viewing department heads and other City officials, as appro- <br />priate, and reviewing any relevant financial and budgetary <br /> <br />data. Base.] on this reconnaissance, we will prepare a report <br />to the City that summarizes key issues and trends, identifies <br />the data that should be reviewed in the update process, and <br />estimates the time and budget required to complete the <br />update. <br /> <br /> <br />
