We will meet with the City to review the find- <br />ings of our initial reconnaissance and agree upon a scope, <br />budget and schedule for the update process. <br /> <br />WORK PROGRAM <br /> <br />The fiscal update will be conducted in two phases. The first <br />phase will complete the 1987 update. The second phase will <br />consist of ongoing annual updates to meet the City's evolving <br /> <br />needs for fiscal information over time. The tasks involved <br />in each phase are briefly described below: <br /> <br />Phase I: Complete 1987 Update <br /> <br /> Task I.l: Initial Meeting With City <br /> <br /> GG+A staff will meet with the city manager and the city <br />finance director to evaluate the data contents and reporting <br />format of past fiscal reports prepared by GG+A for the City <br />in order to identify the most useful data contents and format <br />for the 1987 update and, subject to modification, subsequent <br />reports. <br /> <br /> <br />
