CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-49 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PROPOSAL FOR FISCAL IMPACT UPDATE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of February 3, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Finance (SR <br /> 87:53) regarding the fiscal impact update by Gruen Gruen <br /> & Associates; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the proposal of Gruen Gruen & Associates, a <br /> copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by this reference, and authorizes the City Manager to <br /> execute the agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriation of $22,000 for the 1987 <br /> update. <br /> <br />Section 3: Directs staff to include $6,000.00 in the 1987-88 <br /> operating budget for the preliminary work for the 1988 <br /> update. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 3, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />Pet~v D.
