To date, Kimley-Horn & Associates has provided <br />additional services in the amount of $59,257 that consist of the following: <br />TASK 1 -PROJECT MANAGEMENT <br />Due to additional iterations of geometrics developed for preliminary engineering and <br />coordination efforts related to the utility potholing request, the original project schedule of 12 <br />months has been extended by 6 months. Additional PM effort included meetings, general PM <br />and administration. The increased project management effort is as follows: <br />Project Management 6 months @ 4.0 hours /month <br />Admin /Accounting 6 months @ 1.5 hours /month <br />Admin Support 6 months @ 1.0 hour /month <br />Additional Task 1 Amount: $7,112 <br />Reference: 'Backup of Additional Efforts' spreadsheet <br />TASK 2 -GEOMETRIC APPROVAL DRAWINGS <br />From January 2007 through May 2007, Kimley-Horn & Associates created multiple additional <br />iterations of project geometrics per the City's request, and met with the City on several <br />occasions to solicit comments on the geometrics. The specific iterations consisted of the <br />following sequential changes: <br />1. A modified cross-section of Stanley Boulevard that included a dual left tum lane <br />2. An update of the cross-section of Stanley Boulevard to a 66' typical width (1 lane <br />in each direction, with parking, bike lanes, and sidewalks on both sides). <br />3. A northward shift of the entire alignment of Stanley Boulevard to minimize <br />impacts on overhead electrical lines along the south side of the road. <br />4.
