These services are required due to federal, state and local building codes, as well as the <br />project specifications. Since these types of engineering specialties cannot be performed <br />by in-house staff, a consulting engineering firm must be used. <br />A scope of work, which includes a fee estimate by task, was proposed by BSK & <br />Associates (see Attachment 2). Compensation will be on a time and materials basis, <br />with snot-to-exceed amount of $86,240.
